What is a Ski Lease?
A Ski Lease is a long-term lease for 4-6 months of the winter ski season. Ski Leases are priced per month however, you pay in advance for all of your months instead of making payments monthly. All utilities are paid for by the Tenants. Usually, the utilities are kept in the Owners name and a total estimate for all utilities is written into the lease agreement - gas, electric, water, cable, phone, DSL, firewood, snow removal.
