1. When can I use my vacation property for myself, friends and family?
   The best part about vacation renting your home is that you can use it too! Your homes online availability calendar will instantly tell you if your home is vacant and when the next guests are arriving. Since your rental guests pay for their own departure cleaning, your home is always left clean and ready for you.
2. What are my costs?
   Mountain Home Properties charges a percentage of your rental income and an annual management fee. Our quality control and stocking service is complimentary, but the following supplies are paid for by the homeowner: linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, liquid dish soap, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. We communicate with our homeowners and guarantee no hidden fees or charges on your statement.
3. How is the house cleaning handled?
   Each guest pays for their own departure cleaning. Our licensed, bonded and insured cleaners will sanitize your home from top to bottom and wash all of the linens after each departure. When you visit your home, you can choose to clean it yourself or pay for a departure clean at a discounted rate. Linens and towels are included in this service. We do not ask our guests to make their own beds.
4. How often will my home be rented?
   Because we limit the number of homes on our program and negotiate rental rates on your behalf, you will enjoy higher occupancy levels than with some other rental companies.
